Instead of drinking coffee, normal tea or fizzy drinks start drinking green or herbal teas. They contain a large amount of antioxidants and are known to help fat lose, especially green teas. 3. Seeds
Adding seeds to your diet, either just snacking on them or adding them to your breakfast cereal will help you loose weight. Seeds are high in protein and contain no ‘bad fats’, so by eating seeds instead of snacking on other unhealthy foods you will find weight lose easy.
4. Blueberries
Instead of reaching for the biscuits or chocolate when you have a craving for sweet foods take a handful of blueberries either fresh, dried or frozen. They are high in Vitamin C, contain antioxidants and berries are also known to improve happiness levels!
