2. A little exercise – If you lead a busy life it can be hard to find the time to exercise, try an incorporate small bits of exercise into your normal daily routine. Try walking to work or parking the car a few blocks away and walking for 10 minutes. If you work in an office block try taking the stairs instead of the elevator, by taking doing small bits of exercise during the day you could easily burn off an extra 200 calories which adds up over the course of a week.
3. Eat well – One of the keys to weight loss is reducing your calorie intake on a daily basis. The healthy way to do this is to eat the right foods. Foods rich in fiber including fruit, vegetables, pulses and wholegrain pasta as well as lean meats high in protein take longer to digest than processed foods and stop you feeling hungry for longer. The best way to lose weight is avoid processed foods high in sugar and eat healthy foods.
